We also created guidelines for their international expansion.
Results:

They wanted to have a homogenous Business Process Management (BPM) skill set throughout the staff of 400. With a team of trainers, we developed a BPM introduction day for all, followed with an 8-day training and certification track for 30% of them.
Results:
- Common knowledge of tools and approach within the department
- Including soft skills training and workshops in the track, helped empowering the staff
